1. Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made online, by phone or directly on site. Payment is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or in cash.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) before the tour will be entitled to a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the activity. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, offering the option of a full refund or rescheduling for another date.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
Changes to the reservation (date/time) can be made at no additional cost up to 7 days before the tour, subject to availability.
4. Conditions of Participation
Participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. The company is not responsible for any delays by participants that may result in the loss of the tour. All participants must follow the instructions of the captain and crew during the tour. The company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior or who may endanger the safety of other passengers.
5. Security
Life jackets and other safety equipment will be provided to all passengers and must be worn as directed by the crew. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. Responsibility
The company is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the tour. The company is not responsible for any accident or incident that occurs due to failure to follow the safety instructions provided by the crew.
7. Photographs and Videos
The company may take photographs and videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must inform the crew prior to the start of the tour.
8. Data Protection
All personal data collected during the booking process will be used exclusively for the management of the tour and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.
9. Other Conditions
Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited on board. The crew reserves the right to limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol to ensure the safety of all passengers.
