Guided Tour in our Comfortable Catamaran through the most beautiful waters of the Algarve.
On this tour we explain the importance of the fauna and flora of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, where the islands Deserta, Farol, Hangares and Culatra are located, crossing the channel of the Ria Formosa Natural Park (The boat trip passes 4 islands with 3 stops at Deserta Island, Farol Island and Culatra Island. We anchor within the Ria, right in front of each location).
1st STOP – Deserta Island , 45 minutes to enjoy 11 km of beach, it is the most southern point of Portugal.
2nd STOP – Farol Island, 45 minutes on this vacation island, where you can visit the village around the lighthouse and see “Cabo de Santa Maria”.
3rd STOP – Culatra Island, 2-hour stop at the fishing village. Here, you can have lunch in a typical restaurant or make your own lunch (Lunch not included). Please note that on the afternoon tour, the stop is shorter, with only a 45-minute stop at the island.
4th STOP – Hangares Island, 15 minutes to observe the Oyster Culture (we’re not getting off the boat).
Finally, we return to Faro with a different landscape of the Natural Park, due to the changing tides.

FROM OUR CLIENTS EXPERIENCE
Nice tour with friendly guides in French and English.
Great local restaurant at the end of the tour to enjoy fresh clams.

It was a fantastic and eventful day 🙂
Oscar, our tour guide, told us many new and exciting things about Faro that we didn't know before.

John explained everything perfectly! Great tour, well guided! Would love to do it again anytime!
No one can control the weather!

The tour was amazing, even more so at sunset! Our guide, Filipe, was excellent and made the experience even better. He knows exactly how to pick the perfect playlist for the moment and has great knowledge of the local wildlife.

We took the tour in December and loved it. Our guide, João, explained all the places we passed by and showed great knowledge of the history of the islands.

Everything was great. João and Luca were amazing—friendly, attentive, and João gave excellent explanations.

Bravo to João. Our captain spoke perfect English, French, and Spanish. The tour is highly recommended, especially at this time of the year when spring begins.

Very, very beautiful—a great way to end your day in Faro. Our guide, Juanito, was excellent and very kind.
The sunset was stunning, and watching the birds was an amazing experience.

The perfect day ,fantastic weather fantastic company and a boat pilot who is passionate about his job and his country ,a very big thank you to Oscar, he truly made our day memorable.

Amazing time cruising on the boat and the islands we visited are so beautiful, 8t felt great to be around such calming nature.
There was good music on the boat which made it even more fun!

We took a boat tour around Faro, and our guide Joao was fantastic. He was entertaining and knew the area really well.

A great time in a small group (there were 10 of us) for the excursion to the islands around Faro.
We were accompanied by João, who told us all about the history of this magnificent place!
He spoke French and even had a bit of a sense of humour.
You can also eat on the island of Culatra - they'll make reservations for you!
We recommend the walk! It's something to do if you're staying in Faro for a few days.

Marvellous catamaran trip around the 4 islands and the Ria Formosa Natural Park, exceptional guide and group! The opportunity to swim and snorkel in the warm waters of Deserta Island, appreciate the fauna and flora of the Ria, observe the oyster beds and taste them on Farol Island. An incredible experience, one to repeat! Thank you ????

This was the highlight of my trip, we did the two stop tour where you go to a nature island and have a bit of time to swim if you want (they also give you a mask if you want to see under water) and then you go to a lighthouse island and there is such a cute beach cafe where you can have a drink. We had Ivan as our tour guide who was fantastic! He gave us interesting Info of the area and spoke many languages and had a great sense of humour whilst making us feel safe and looked after. I have done a few activities in my trip to Portugal and he was my favourite guide by far! This is a must-do trip if you go to Faro 🙂

Even better than I imagined. Our guide IVAN was fantastic. We went up the Ria Formosa to admire the fauna, including pink flamingos, then a stop on Deserta Island = the extreme south of Portugal with its magnificent beach, and finally another stop at Farol, a little jewel of a village that's a must-see.
IVAN explained a lot of interesting things to us and we enjoyed ourselves for three hours.

We had a very nice 3-hour excursion in the Formosa ria: first stop on the beach of Deserta island, then a second one on Farol island.
Thanks to Yvan for his explanations, his kindness and his good humour; and as a bonus, we were able to see dolphins on the way back, which wasn't on the programme.
If I come back to Faro, I'll do it again.

Martine offered us this catamaran tour and visit to the islands at the port for 35€ and thank you, it was a lovely trip, with a wonderful guide who really loved the bay of Faro and its islands and who spoke English, French, Italian and Portuguese to our diverse group of tourists.
He made sure we all understood every word he said. He was really passionate and fascinating about the flora, the birds and the islands.
We had lunch on the fishermen's island and were delighted with our meals. My sea bream was excellent and I will gladly go back there for lunch.
Thank you and your team for a wonderful day. Brigitte

A wonderful experience! ????

A beautiful boat trip, great walks around the islands and a stunning sunset finish. Big thanks to our guide Philipp, very informative, kind and entertaining, he has some good jokes and good music! And to Paula for the extra top tips

Amazing tour. Oscar was lovely and funny. The scenery was beautiful even in winter. We would definitely come back for the same tour
